Terms of Service

All commissions are for personal use only. Any commercial use of my work requires signed permission and a contract. Commercial use of personal works (without permission) will result in immediate blacklisting.
Do not steal/claim/trace/ or edit my art.
Do not reupload/post my art anywhere. The only exception to this rule is character-sharing sites such as Toyhou.se or Art Fight (and you may only do so with proper credit, either a link to my Deviantart or Toyhou.se which are both Quantablos)
Do not remove any signatures or watermarks.
Please have patience and respect when commissioning me. Any given piece should take no longer than two months, but if any extenuating circumstances come up in my life I will alert you about possible delays.
I reserve the right to deny any commission I see fit and at any time.
I reserve the right to include any and all commissions in my portfolio unless discussed otherwise.
I do not and will never produce NFTs of my work. NFTs of my art or designs are FORBIDDEN.
I do NOT and will never give permission for my art to be used for AI development.

The buyer must provide comprehensible, premade (preferably digital and colored) references of at least the same proportions as the commission. I will not accept written descriptions or mood boards for commission references.
Complex references may be simplified or incur a complexity fee.

I strongly prefer buyers utilize Toyhou.se so I may keep track of my designs. If you do not have an account, I will give you an invite code upon design purchase.
Please credit me at least once if you upload art of a design you have purchased. (I encourage @ ing me too! I love seeing my designs in use!)
You can alter the design (not the art) as you please, but I'd prefer it if they stay recognizable.
Reselling is acceptable given it’s not sold for more than its original price. Trading and gifting are always fine.
If you trade/ gift/ resell them please notify me as I like to keep track of owners.
You may not impose your own rules on my designs. Once you have sold/traded the design, only the rules stated in this TOS will apply to them and their new owner. You have no right to modify or alter these rules in any way.
It is the responsibility of the design's owner to alert me of any trades/ sales of the design as well as to inform the design's new owner of these terms and conditions.
